Comfort and convenience are the hallmarks of our office operations. To ensure your convenience, below is the information you need about our insurance acceptance, billing, and payment options.
Insurance and Billing
We accept a wide variety of insurance plans. We are in network with Health One Alliance and Alliant Health Plans, which are used by many local employers. We also participate in most BlueCross/BlueShield, CIGNA, Aetna and Medicare plans. We do accept United, but only through state health benefit plans. We are not a provider for Medicaid. To help you with which insurance plans we accept, look for these logos on your insurance card.
Payment Options
Patients may make payments easily by cash, check or credit card. We accept all major credit cards, including American Express. In order to serve all of our patients better, we reserve the right not to see patients with delinquent invoices.
